Welcome to AnaniaExpress. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform. By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Provisions

  • The Platform: AnaniaExpress acts as an intermediary marketplace. We facilitate transactions between third-party Sellers and Customers.
  • Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Terms for Customers (Buyers)

  • The Contract: When you buy a product, the contract of sale is strictly between you and the Seller.
  • Pricing: All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) unless stated otherwise.
  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with Belgian law, you have 14 days from the receipt of goods to withdraw.

3. Terms for Sellers

  • Product Listings: Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and transparent pricing.
  • Fees: AnaniaExpress charges a commission fee of 15% on each successful sale.

4. Shipping and Returns

  • Delivery: Delivery times are estimates. The Seller is responsible for the risk of loss until delivery.
  • Returns Policy: Sellers must honor the 14-day statutory return period.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian Law. The courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
